Uptime commitment
Last updated November 3, 2026.
Products built on aivisibilityskill need it to be there. This page says what we commit to, how we measure it, and what you get if we miss.
What it covers
The REST API at api.aivisibilityskill.com and the MCP server at mcp.aivisibilityskill.com answering requests. We check both every 5 minutes and publish every result on our status page. Monthly uptime is the share of those checks that succeed in a calendar month (UTC).
The commitment
- Volume customers (an agreement with committed monthly spend, from $500 a month): 99.5% monthly uptime, with service credits below.
- Self-serve plans run on the same infrastructure with the same target, without service credits.
Service credits
- Below 99.5%: 10% of that month's committed spend, as credits.
- Below 99.0%: 25%.
- Below 95.0%: 50%.
Ask within 30 days of the end of the month by emailing support@aivisibilityskill.com. Credits are added to your account, and they're the only remedy for missing the commitment.
What doesn't count as downtime
- AI engines being slow, unavailable or refusing a request. Answers that fail are retried, and never charged if they still fail.
- Scheduled maintenance announced by email at least 48 hours ahead, up to 4 hours a month.
- Problems caused by your code, network or account, including going over your rate limits or budgets.
- Sandbox (test) keys and features we've labeled beta.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Support
Volume customers get a reply from the founder within one business day, and an email when an incident affects them. Everyone can follow the status page or read it as JSON at /status.json.
