aivisibilityskill ("we") runs aivisibilityskill.com and its API, MCP server and console. This page says what we collect, why, and who else handles it. Questions go to support@aivisibilityskill.com.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, and your name and Google account ID if you sign in with Google. We ask Google for nothing else.
• What you ask us to check: product names, domains, competitors and questions, plus the AI answers, results and fix plans we produce from them.
• Usage records: credit transactions, API and agent activity, and the apps you connect.
• Security data: a one-way hash of your network address, your browser's user agent, and sign-in times. We use these to keep accounts safe and stop abuse of free credits.
• Payments: Dodo Payments takes your card details; we never see them. We receive a customer ID, what you bought, the amount, and its status.

How we use it

We use this data to run the service, sign you in, apply your credits and plan, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We email you only about your account, such as sign-in codes. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare: hosting, databases, email delivery and bot checks.
• Google: sign-in with Google, if you choose it.
• Dodo Payments: payments, tax and receipts, as our merchant of record.
• AI and search providers: DataForSEO, OpenRouter, Google Gemini and DeepSeek. To run a check, the questions you give us are sent to these providers and the AI engines behind them. Don't put personal or confidential information in your questions.
• DataBull: cookieless visitor analytics on our public website.

Cookies

The console uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in. Our public website sets no cookies.

How long we keep it

Your plan sets how long results stay available, from 30 days on Free to two years on Scale. We keep account data until you delete your account, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email support@aivisibilityskill.com from your account's address. We delete an account and its data within 30 days of the request, apart from records we must keep by law.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its date. For a significant change, we'll also email you.
