Refund Policy

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds on plans or credit packs, including for credits you haven't used. You get 500 free credits to try the product first, so you can see what you're buying before you pay.

Failed work

You aren't charged credits for work that fails. This happens automatically, so there's nothing to request.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time under Manage billing in your console. You won't be charged again, and your plan stays on until the end of the paid period. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period.

Billing mistakes

If we charged you twice or charged you by mistake, email support@aivisibilityskill.com from your account's address and we'll put it right.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
