Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of aivisibilityskill, including the website, console, API, MCP server and agent skill. By using the service, you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

We show what AI engines say about a product, suggest fixes, and check whether those fixes are live. We report what the engines returned, and their answers can be wrong or change at any time. We don't guarantee any ranking, mention or result.

Your account

Keep your sign-in, API keys and connected apps secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including what your agents do and spend. Free credits are limited to one account per person.

Credits and payment

• The service runs on prepaid credits. Each action shows its cost, and failed work isn't charged.
• Free credits expire after 30 days, plan credits after 60 days, and credit packs after 12 months.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time under Manage billing, and your plan stays on until the end of the paid period.
• Dodo Payments is our merchant of record. It processes your payment, handles tax, and issues your receipts.
• New accounts have a spending limit for their first 7 days. Contact us if you need more.
• All sales are final. See our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to harm or impersonate anyone, to publish fake reviews or misleading claims, to get around credit limits, or to attack or overload it. Only make changes to sites you're allowed to change.

Your content

You keep your rights to what you give us. You let us process it to run the service, including sending your questions to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

Suspension

We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts the service at risk, or has an open payment dispute. A chargeback we lose ends the plan and removes the credits it paid for.

No warranty and limits on liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and email you about significant changes. Using the service after that means you accept them. Questions go to support@aivisibilityskill.com.
