Email support@aivisibilityskill.com and include the address you use to sign in. For a problem with a check or tool, tell us which agent you use and what you asked it.

Connecting your agent

Sign in to the console and open Overview. It has the command for Claude Code and Codex, and the URL for other MCP clients: https://mcp.aivisibilityskill.com/mcp. Your agent opens a browser so you can sign in and approve the connection.

Removing a connection

Open Connected apps in the console and disconnect the app. Its access ends immediately.

Use Manage billing on the Billing page for invoices, payment details and cancelling a plan. See how credits work.

Deleting your account

Email us from your account's address. We delete the account and its data within 30 days.
