Order form

This is the order form for volume plans. We fill in the details for you and send it with the invoice. Paying the invoice accepts the order. If you need a signed copy, we sign one too.

1. Parties

• Provider: Ahmed Gagan, a sole proprietor based in India, trading as aivisibilityskill.com ("we"). Contact: ahmed@aivisibilityskill.com.
• Customer: legal name, address, billing contact and the email of the aivisibilityskill account the plan applies to ("you").

2. What you're buying

• Plan: Team, Business or Enterprise, with the credits and limits listed on the volume plans page on the order date, unless this form says otherwise.
• Price: the monthly price in US dollars, excluding any taxes or bank charges on your side.
• Term: the number of months, from the start date. Credits for each month are added on the same day of each month.
• Billing: monthly in advance, or the whole term in advance, by bank transfer to the account on the invoice. Invoices are due within 15 days.

3. Credits

• Each month's credits stay usable for 60 days from the day they're added. Unused credits aren't paid back and don't carry over beyond that.
• Answers that fail are never charged. Credits are only used as described in how credits work.
• You can buy extra credit packs at any time in the console.

4. Service

• The uptime commitment applies to your plan, with the service credits it describes.
• The Data Processing Agreement applies to personal data you send us.
• We give 30 days' notice by email before any change to the API that would break your integration.

5. Renewal and ending

• The plan doesn't renew by itself. Two weeks before the term ends we send a renewal invoice; paying it extends the term.
• Either party can end the order if the other materially breaches it and doesn't fix the breach within 30 days of written notice. If we end it for our breach, we refund the prepaid fees for months not yet started.
• When the order ends, the account moves to pay as you go and keeps its unused credits until they expire.

6. Everything else

Our Terms of Service apply. If this order form and the terms disagree, the order form wins. Changes to an order need to be in writing (email is fine) from both parties.
